Refund policy

Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided that items are:

  • Unused, unworn, and free from any damage.

  • Returned with tags intact and in their original packaging.

  • Accompanied by a valid receipt or proof of purchase.

Eligible Returns

You may request a return if:

  • The product delivered does not match your order.

  • The wrong size was delivered.

  • The product is damaged upon arrival.

Note: Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Return Process
  1. Email us at silkwavesindia@gmail.com with your order details and proof of purchase.

  2. Once approved, you will receive return instructions.

  3. After the item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.

Refunds
  • Approved refunds will be issued as store credit or vouchers for future purchases.

  • Delivery/shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Refunds will cover the cost of the item only.

Exchanges & Replacements
  • For exchanges, return the item and place a new order. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

  • Replacements (due to size, color, or quality issues) may be provided if stock is available. This will be at the company’s discretion.

Exceptions (Non-Returnable/Refundable Items)
  • Custom or personalized items.

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers).

  • Personal care, beauty, or hygiene products.

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

  • Sale items and gift cards.

EU Customers

Customers within the European Union are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period. You may cancel or return your order within this time without providing a reason, provided items are unused, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase.
