As such, we do not offer returns or refunds, but we are happy to assist with exchanges in case of any issues with your order.
Exchange Window – Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unworn, in its original packaging, and with tags intact.

- If an item is in stock and available in your size, it will be dispatched the next working day after your order is placed.
- For custom-made or out-of-stock items, please allow 7–20 working days for delivery, depending on production time and product availability.
